ACTIVATE OR TRANSFER YOUR FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE WITH US IN 15 MINUTES

You are invited to activated or placed your license with Sell Florida Homes, Inc. Our associates are participating in our generous real estate commission program while working from the comfort of their home. Your commission checks are paid at the closing with the exception of rental leases. If you negotiate a rental lease you will be paid when the lease is signed by the tenant and landlord. All of your real estate transactions with our office is done by phone, fax or email which allows you to reside anywhere in the state of Florida and work from your home office.

1-Step Sign-up Procedure

Complete the "2050-1" real estate commission form Real Estate Forms, sign it and fax back to: (321) 637-0842. Your signature and the broker signature is required. We will immediately fax the form to the real estate commission records department, in Tallahassee and activate your license.

We will then overnight to you our certification of the day, hour and minute that your license was activated with the Florida Real Estate commission. Included will also be a very large package of real estate forms containing all the necessary listing and sales contact forms, your FREE business cards as well as a huge informative portfolio of helpful information that will assist you in getting started in your successful real estate business.
