NO LONG TERM CONTRACT - NO CANCELLATION FEES!

There are several expenses involved with listing a home and nearly all real estate agencies require the client to sign a long term listing agreement.  If the contract is broken, there is typically a cancellation fee and the client may be obligated for reimbursement of any and all advertising fees incurred.  Understand the real estate company has many fees to cover such as office rent, office supplies, office equipment, utility costs, realtor association fees, multiple listing fees, advertising cost, direct mail expenses (postcards, stamps, letters, ink, paper, etc.), creative marketing expenses, real estate signs, riders, flyer boxes, 4 x 4 posts, web site fees, internet fees, etc.  The real estate company has an investment in you and don't want to spend several hundred dollars or more marketing your home and then you cancel the contract prematurely.

Sell Florida Homes, Inc. does not hold the client to a long-term contract.  If you are not happy with our service, simply send us a 30-day written cancellation notice, and we will wave all cancellation fees and associated advertising cost.  We would rather part as friends rather than force you to continue to use our service.
